  • Q1 - Text short
What notable qualities or skills did the student demonstrate throughout the project?
Initiative: The student took the initiative to conduct research and work independently on the deliverables, which shows a willingness to contribute and fulfill their role. Commitment to Completing Work: Despite the lack of engagement after the initial meeting, the student completed the final document, reflecting their dedication to providing a deliverable, even though it did not meet expectations.
  • Q2 - Text short
How did the student engage with stakeholders during the project?
During the project, the student's engagement with stakeholders was minimal and lacked the necessary communication for effective collaboration. After the initial meeting, there was no further interaction or follow-up until the final document was submitted. When feedback was provided regarding the misalignment of the deliverables with the discussed goals, the student did not engage in a constructive dialogue to address concerns. Instead, the student primarily focused on requesting payment for their time spent, without attempting to understand or resolve the issues raised. There was no effort to seek clarification or further collaboration to align the work with the project's objectives.
  • Q3 - Text short
Did the student effectively manage their time and meet project deadlines? If so, how? If not, what areas could they improve in?
The student did not effectively manage their time or meet project expectations. While the final deliverable was submitted within the timeline, it did not align with the goals discussed during the initial meeting, suggesting a lack of proper planning and time management throughout the project. There was no proactive engagement or progress updates, which could have helped identify issues early on and allow time for corrections. To improve, the student could benefit from better communication with stakeholders throughout the project, regular check-ins to ensure alignment, and a more structured approach to time management that includes feedback loops to ensure that the deliverables meet expectations.

I appreciate the effort put into this project; however, the collaboration did not meet my expectations. Clear communication and alignment on deliverables are essential for a successful project. After the initial meeting, there was no further engagement until I received a final document that did not align with the discussed goals, despite requesting that work on the project be paused. When I provided feedback that the deliverable did not meet expectations, there was no attempt to address the concerns. Instead, I received messages insisting on payment for time spent, along with threats to escalate the issue to the platform if I did not approve the work. I encourage future collaborators to prioritize open communication, follow client expectations, and be receptive to feedback.
