It was an absolute pleasure having Simran on the AHF team. Simran came on board and hit the ground running. At the start of the project, Simran turned the research brief into a project plan with key milestones and exhibited great research skills, critical thinking, creativity and confidence. She did a great job analyzing key themes from the literature into a digestible and value added report. She also exhibited excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills, sharing her process and ideas with new team members. It has been an honour to have Simran as an intern with AHF.
