We have 2 possible projects for students:

1. Leadership Training for emerging leaders, on topics such as emotional intelligence and strategic thinking and conflict management

2. American Sign Language introductory class for those working with deaf team members

Teams will be able to develop training components for either topic.

To be agreed upon with the team and documented on the project agreement. The tasks will align with the scope of the project and the class.

Project supervisor will provide input and feedback throughout the project including at the mid-project and end of project points. This will include feedback on the project, project progression and the team's demonstrated and developing competencies.
