Deliverables

Role #1 - Social Media Content Creator


CLICK Digital Empowerment Inc. is looking for a Social Media Content Creator Intern to help grow its online presence by creating engaging short-form content. This role is ideal for students or emerging creators interested in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation. 


Time Commitment: 


60 Hours (February 27 - March 31, 2025) 


  • 50-55  hours – Content creation, scheduling, and engagement 
  • 5-10 hours – Meetings, analytics, and strategy discussions 


Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: 


Create & Schedule Social Media Content 


  • 10+ short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) for engagement & brand awareness 
  • 8+ carousel posts for LI & IG & FB to showcase expertise 
  • 8+ single-image posts with engaging captions & calls to action 
  • Document posts in a social media calendar including scheduled posts 


Role #2 - Business Development Associate


CLICK Digital Empowerment Inc. is looking for a Sales & Outreach Intern to help grow our client base by engaging small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs). This role is ideal for students or aspiring sales professionals interested in lead generation, cold calling, and business development. 


Time Commitment: 


60 Hours (February 27 - March 31, 2025) 


  • 50-55 hours – Cold calling, email outreach, and lead conversion 
  • 5-10 hours – Meetings, strategy discussions, and reporting 


Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: 


Cold Outreach & Lead Conversion 


  • Minimum of 75+ cold calls & emails to SMEs introducing CLICK’s services 
  • At least 10 scheduled sales calls or consultations with interested leads 
  • Conversion of 3+ leads into paying clients or trial users 


Email & Outreach Strategy 


  • Craft and send personalized outreach emails to potential clients 
  • Follow up with leads via email or phone to nurture relationships 
  • Maintain an outreach log tracking all interactions and responses 


Sales & CRM Management 


  • Organize and track potential leads in a CRM or spreadsheet 
  • Recommend 3+ improvements to outreach strategies based on findings 

 

Role #3 – Podcast Research & Guest Coordinator


CLICK Digital Empowerment Inc. is looking for a Podcast Research & Guest Coordinator to organize and manage podcast guests for our upcoming show. This role is ideal for students or emerging professionals interested in content production, research, communication, and scheduling. 


Time Commitment: 


60 Hours (February 27 – March 31, 2025) 


  • 50-55 hours – Guest research, outreach, question development, and scheduling 
  • 5-10 hours – Meetings, communication, and documentation management 


Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: 


Podcast Guest Research & Outreach 


  • Identify and research 15+ potential podcast guests aligned with CLICK’s mission 
  • Send outreach messages via email, LinkedIn, or other platforms 
  • Secure 4-6 confirmed guests for upcoming podcast episodes 


Interview Question Development 


  • Develop a structured interview guide for each confirmed guest 
  • Create 7-10 engaging questions tailored to each guest’s background 
  • Ensure interview flow aligns with CLICK’s content strategy 


Scheduling, Coordination & Guest Preparation 


  • Schedule podcast recordings with confirmed guests 
  • Send calendar invites and ensure smooth coordination between guests and hosts 
  • Conduct a pre-recording video meeting with each guest to: 
  • Test their microphone, video, and camera setup 
  • Ensure they are comfortable with the podcast format 
  • Review key talking points and expectations 
  • Confirm attendance and send reminders to guests before recording sessions 


Documentation & Guest Consent 


  • Draft and send guest release forms for all confirmed guests 
  • Ensure 100% completion and proper storage of signed consent forms 
  • Maintain an organized guest database with research notes and status updates 

 

Role #4 - Executive & Operations Assistant


CLICK Digital Empowerment Inc. is seeking an Executive & Operations Assistant Intern to provide administrative support, coordinate meetings, manage client invoicing, and assist with various operational tasks. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual interested in business operations, administration, and project coordination. 


Time Commitment: 


60 Hours (February 27 – March 31, 2025) 


  • 50-55 hours – Administrative tasks, meeting coordination, research, and invoicing 
  • 5-10 hours – Communication, documentation, and follow-ups 


Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: 


Scheduling & Meeting Coordination 


  • Schedule internal and client meetings for the founder and project teams 
  • Send calendar invites and ensure all participants are informed 
  • Prepare a meeting agenda for key discussions and take notes when required 


Documentation & Contact Management 


  • Maintain an organized and secure Excel sheet with team and client contact details 
  • Keep accurate records of important communications and agreements 
  • Ensure all documents and client records are properly stored and accessible 


Research & Business Support 


  • Research and present at least 3 VoIP phone plan alternatives to replace the Rogers eSIM and reduce costs 
  • Assist in setting up at least one operational efficiency improvement (e.g., automation, software implementation) 


Invoicing & Payment Tracking 


  • Draft and send invoices for all paying clients during the internship period 
  • Track payments and follow up on any outstanding balances 
  • Maintain an updated invoice tracker to ensure financial accuracy 


Client Relations & Testimonials 


  • Draft a follow up email gather testimonials from service trial clients 
  • Ensure testimonials are documented and ready for marketing use 
  • Monitor client feedback and provide a summary report on key insights 


General Executive Assistance 


  • Complete ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned 
  • Ensure smooth daily operations by proactively addressing business needs
