** This opportunity is only available for students that are a part of the LevelUP program.

To ensure the efficiency of day-to-day operations while building a strong talent pipeline of happy + high-performing talents, we’ve designed a 2 phase project around human resources.

This is the 1st phase and is a process audit to ensure our people operations / human resources department has a solid process to meet the company's aggressive growth goals.

In completing this project, we’re looking for one student with a strong interest in human resources, and great attention to detail while being able to think strategically.

Deliverables

Depending on their existing skills, background knowledge, and availability, the student may engage in some or all of the following:

  • Assist with recruitment tasks such as identifying candidates, sourcing potential candidates, performing reference checks, and paperwork
  • Assist with implementation of operational initiatives such as headcount planning, creating project schedules, recordkeeping, working with external consultants and vendors, etc

Deliverables may include:

  • A completed list of missing policies and processes along with a roadmap of when to develop when
  • A completed written audit report of a core HR program (either compensation plan + policy, or a leadership development program) with recommendations on improvement
  • Additional deliverables as determined by both the student and the supervisor

Imagine a sports league. Each team has its own unique style, brand, and way of doing things. But the league (the holding company) is in charge of organizing everything and making sure the teams have what they need to succeed—whether it’s resources, promotion, setting the rules, or scheduling. That's the model we operate under at CCIA Solutions Inc.

At CCIA Solutions Inc, we follow a holding company model, where we incubate, advise, and consult for various hyper-growth startup brands across various industries including management consulting, entertainment, software development. etc. Much like a sports league managing various teams, we do the same with our brands.
