  • Adapt and refine CLICK’s service offerings to align with the digital needs of SMBs.
  • Develop an effective marketing strategy to reach and engage business owners.
  • Enhance CLICK’s online presence, including website redesign and content optimization.
  • Establish a scalable and profitable business model for long-term success.

1) Market Research & Target Audience Analysis

  • Conduct surveys, interviews, and secondary research to identify digital literacy challenges among SMB owners.
  • Develop detailed customer personas for various SMB demographics (e.g., 20s-30s, 30s-40s, 40s-60s).
  • Identify industry-specific digital adoption trends and pain points.

2) Service Adaptation & Development

  • Assess and refine current services to better align with SMB needs.
  • Develop new service offerings, such as AI integration, digital marketing strategy consultations, and automation training.
  • Create tailored service packages based on business size, industry, and digital proficiency.

3) Website and Online Presence Redesign

  • Revamp CLICK’s website to better communicate its value proposition to SMBs.

4) Marketing Strategy & Branding

  • Develop a targeted digital marketing strategy, including content marketing, social media campaigns, and online advertising.

  • Establish strategic partnerships with business networks and industry groups.

5) Scalability & Business Model Refinement

  • Design a scalable business model that supports growth while maintaining service quality.
  • Explore pricing strategies, subscription models, and service delivery frameworks.
