Expansion to the US & Europe

We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector (parenting/play couches). We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. We are a play couch company in Canada called Go Coconut. We manufacture play couches for kids and have seen exponential growth in this sector in the past year. We are looking to establish ourselves as partners during the parenthood journey, and give resources and knowledge to our customers about the benefits of creating a yes space for their children, as well as supporting the development of gross motor skills for their children. We also believe in mindful parenting related to the Montessori philosophy. To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will: Identify which international market(s) to enter with our play couch. Outlining the steps, strategies and risks to enter the targeted market. Digital Content Creation

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will: Create written content to be used on our social media that will bring a value-added to the parenthood experience and the unique value of our product. (Instagram, facebook, interest) Write blog articles regarding the use of our product, as well as childhood development milestones and stages. email newsletters/sequences to share tips with parents, and build ideas. Other content pieces on assigned topics connected to childhood development, gross motor skills and parenting. Ultimately, you will be working on written content creation for our organization. Brand loyalty Strategy

We are a play couch company in Canada called Go Coconut. We manufacture play couches for kids and have seen exponential growth in this sector in the past year. We also believe in mindful parenting related to the Montessori philosophy. In the past year a lot of competitors have emerged, and differentiating ourselves is more important than ever. We are a small business, and looking to define an interesting scope for you. We launched around 5 months ago a "give 20/get 20" program. It has yield some results, but since then we have launched new products. We believe at the moment the program is not yielding the financial results we expected, and we would love to get support analysing it's impact, and from a team to provide recommendations. We propose to: Perform an audit of our current program, report results, and describe insights gained. Propose how the program can evolve from the marketing and financial point of view. We are open to everything! Do sensitive analysis and provide the insights learned. We also believe in mindful parenting related to the Montessori philosophy. Next summer we will be launching a new product, while still trying to increase sales on our best seller. In the past year a lot of competitors have pop-up, and differentiating ourselves is more important than ever. We are a small business, and looking to define an interesting scope for you. You will be working on our social media strategy for our organization which could include: Perform a social media audit, report results, and describe insights gained. Define target audiences for the brand on social media and were they are active. Give us ideas on how we can develop content for each social media channel, and how we can better connect with our audience. Explain the content the brand can create or co-create to match target audience interests with examples. Help us improve our brand ambassador program.
